This scholarship supports students who demonstrate a  commitment to education, community, resilience and uplifting others. Our goal is to encourage and empower young leaders whose educational values  reflect Asanti's life. This memorial fund serves as a lasting tribute that will allow family, friends, and supporters to continue her legacy through charitable giving. The Asanti Hawkins Memorial Scholarship Fund is managed by Giving In Action,  a 501c3 organization. All donation to this fund is tax deductible. Funds are solely
for educational scholarship purposes and is distributed directly to schools 
on behalf of the recipient.
